Argos recently hit the slopes for the making of their 2015 Christmas advertisement. (We’re thinking the Alps?)
Symbolism comes into play here as the commercial showcases adventurous skiers and snowboarders flying as fast as they can down the snowy mountain — with every sort of gift and toy one can imagine. A theme well-suited to portray the retailer’s newest, fastest service ever — including same-day delivery and collections in-store in as little as 60 seconds.
But fast service isn’t the only buzz-worthy factor to Argos’ campaign. Also seen shreddin’ down the hill, mountain bikers and kayakers make their speedy descent with the help of brand new equipment, along with sleds filled with endless amounts of toys, snow-tubers being pulled by TV’s while trying out the hottest new video games, giant, human-sized hamster balls, and more! Argos’ ad brings us into a world of wonder — one vastly encapsulating the spirit of Christmas and magic one feels around holiday time.
It’s no wonder Argos is getting excited for the Christmas. With the diversity and joy their gifts bring to kids of all ages, while marking this season as providing their quickest service ever — we can sure see how Argos #justcantwait for Christmas! And neither can we!
